The media’s eye has been on Mamma Monster who admits to packing on some pounds.
The “Born This Way” singer says she was born that way- with curves- but hasn’t always been
comfortable with it. The recent scrutiny has led her to be open about her struggles with bulimia
and anorexia, something she’s battled for the last decade, and the decadence of her family’s new
Italian restaurant hasn’t helped as she’s shot up at least 25 pasta-pounds. Fans and her boyfriend
love her just the same, and more importantly, she loves herself just the same, saying that when
she eats she’s healthy. She added that she’s happier than she’s ever been.

Feeling a singing competition void? ABC is here to fill it with a new take on an old classic.
No spinning chairs, no wackaloons trying to get attention… just home grown military men and
women belting out patriotic tunes… well, there’s no requirement that they sing a patriotic song,
but what make THIS show different is that it is open only to soldiers. Presenting: Troupe Stars!
The U.S. Military has given the show its blessing, but there’s no premiere date yet.

In other ABC news, Good Morning America is under fire for milking a bone marrow transplant.
Those are the latest accusations as host Robin Roberts recovers from her life-saving procedure.
The competition may be insinuating that they’re using her health as a promotional opportunity
which has caused execs at ABC to come forward to her defense calling the claims “revolting
and offensive.” It has allegedly been Robin’s request to share her journey with her viewers in an
effort to bring more awareness. She also admits that the love and support of her fans is just as
important as any medicine. Her fans will miss her though; she’s not expected to come back to
the GMA set until next year.
