*The cat claws came out in the Carolinas! While we’ve only heard rumors that an on-set feud is brewing
between two singing divas, there’s now footage of it for us to judge. The judges, Mariah Carey and
Nikki Minaj on this season of American Idol are at each other’s throats over… who knows what over, but
the tension came to a boil at an audition in Charlotte where Mariah’s high-and-mighty mindset set Nikki
Minaj off in to a cursing, threatening rant! Mariah made some comments back and the producers of
the show reportedly shut down filming for the day so the divas could cool off. I’m just really glad to see
that the focus of the show is still on the singing…

*The least annoying Kardashian is kicking off the live shows of The X-Factor as a new hostess! Khloe
will be teaming up with the muy caliente Mario Lopez, who knows a thing or two about hosting, in
November.

*McSteamy is McMad. Eric Dane says a dangerous tree from his Smashing Pumpkins singer neighbor’s
yard came smashing through his house during a storm, nearly killing his actress wife. He’s suing Billy
Corgan after a storm flood last year caused the 50-foot tree to be uprooted by its base. McSteamy’s
house became flooded and power lines plummeted which left his then pregnant wife wandering
through live wires to get out of the house. Eric says he had conversations with the rock singer about his
trees previously, but he didn’t do anything about it. Billy Corgan says the suit is a shame because the
married couple are “nice people.” Nice people sue, too.
