*A normally light-hearted, dancing daytime diva took a serious tone yesterday. Ellen DeGeneres fought back
tears as she addressed the Newtown tragedy, promising to make the show a safe zone for her audience, both
in the studio and at home. She dedicated the show to the victims, saying it was going to be an uplifting hour,
celebrating the good in life.

*Life is good for the Royal couple who’ve been reunited after Kate Middleton’s hospital stay. The parents-to-
be even had some holiday cheer as they began their Christmas festivities with their household staff. A private
lunch was held at “Bumpkin” in the Notting Hill neighborhood where the Queen looked over… in huge portrait
painting style.

*It was the last night on the Voice for two contestants, but more importantly- two of the judges! Season three
came to a close for Cee Lo Green and Christina Aguilera last night. Their red spinning seats will be filled by
Usher and Shakira next season. Adam Levine will stay along with Blake Shelton, who’s powerhouse player
Cassadee Pope took the big win last night, for season 4.
