There will be no lindy for Lindsay Lohan.  The native Long Islander has turned down an offer to appear on “Dancing with the Stars.”  The troubled actress is holding out, for well, exactly that- acting- saying she won’t stoop to reality tv… I guess 2013 will be a year of setting standards all of a sudden…?  The reported paycheck would have been over half a million dollars, but Lilo still said “no.”

It’s a boy for hip-shaking singer Shakira!  She and her soccer stud welcomed baby Milan and are all presumably doing well since she was able to post the good news to her website.

Not doing so well- Matt lauer.  The Today Show is STILL trying to repair the host’s image and is hoping a new series of commercials will do the trick.  The show continues to lose viewers to their competition, Good Morning America, and with host Robin Roberts making a rapid recovery from a bone marrow transplant; Today execs are pulling out the stops as she said she’d be back on the air in weeks, not months.
