Summer 2010

The Little Shelter animal rescue and adoption center reminds you to be extra careful with your pets when the weather is warm…leave plenty of fresh, clean water; never leave them outside in the heat of the day; and don’t ever leave your pets alone in the car.  Hot weather can be even more uncomfortable for your pets than for you. Exercise your pet in the coolest part of the day, and maybe even think of shaving them down if they have lots of fur.
