From the Northern State Parkway or the LIE
Take the Route 110 exit SOUTH.
Go past Adventureland.
Go under a train overpass.
Make a left on Conklin Avenue (by the movie theatre.)
Make the first right into Airport Plaza.
Our entrance is located near "Plaza Dental" on the 2nd floor.
From the Southern State Parkway
Take the Route 110 exit NORTH.
Pass Republic Airport
Make a right on Conklin Avenue (by the movie theatre.)
Make the first right into Airport Plaza.
Our entrance is located near "Plaza Dental" on the 2nd floor.

You need to wait 24 hours after winning for us to process your prize.
You must pick up your prize within 30 days of winning.
The offices are open Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, excluding holidays.
To get to our MEDFORD offices:
We are located in the former Brookhaven Town Complex.
Take the LIE or Sunrise Highway to Route 112 NORTH.
When you see the Hess station on your right, turn right into the complex. Look for building #7 and our sign.
Take Middle Country Road to Route 112 SOUTH.
Pass Granny Road. Turn left at the next light into the complex. Look for building #7 and our sign.
