Bellport, NY- A Manorville man was seriously injured Sunday night after crashing into a tree in Bellport. Suffolk County Police say 40-year-old Lester Rusell Jr., was driving a 2004 Dodge Durango southbound on Provost Avenue, at approximately 11:30pm, when he lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a tree at 554 Provost Avenue. Russell Jr., was transported to a local hospital for treatment of serious but non-life threatening injuries. Anyone with information on the crash is asked to call the Suffolk County Police Fifth Squad at 631-854-8552.
