Description

Light art has evolved with technology. Natural light has been used for effect in architecture throughout human history. With development of artificial light came the first light based sculpture to be followed by neon.  The 1960’s saw the development of a light-space movement.  Currently artists are using digital technology to create projection mapping.  During the session we will explore the historical progression of technology and light art.
