This Privacy Policy is designed to inform you about the information we collect, use, and share through any website, application, online feature, contest, or promotion (the “Services”) of KJOY 98.3 (the “Station”), which is owned by Connoisseur Media, LLC and it’s subsidiaries (hereafter, “we” or “us”).  By using any of the Services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of information pursuant to this Policy.

Information We Collect and How We Use It

We collect information when you use our Services and when you provide specific information to us.  This information helps us to provide the Services to you, improve the experience of using the Services, and communicate with you about the Services and/or the Station.

Information That You Provide to Us.  We may ask you to provide information about yourself, such as your name and email address, in connection with specific Services or if you choose to register with us.  We use this information primarily to contact you in connection with the Services, to provide you with requested Services, to communicate with you about our other products or services, to improve your experience as you use the Services, and to support our continuing efforts to offer you the information and services you want most.

If you provide your email address to us, we may use it to send announcements regarding new products, services, and/or promotions, and informational newsletters.  You can choose to stop receiving emails from us at any time by logging in and visiting this page.  In addition, we may use your email address to communicate with you about contest entries or other requests you make concerning the Station.

Information About Your Use of the Services. We, or a third party such as an analytics provider, may collect certain information about how you use the Services.  For example, we may collect information about the computer or other device you use to access the Services.  In addition, we may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to better understand how you use the Services.  These technologies help us to provide you with a better experience as you use the Services.

Aggregate and Statistical Information.  We may provide aggregate statistics and information about our sales, traffic patterns and related site information to third parties.

Information from Interactive Areas. We may provide interactive areas such as discussion forums to enhance the user experience and build a healthy community around the Services. Any information you voluntarily post about yourself and third parties in such areas might be accessed, collected and used by third parties that we do not own or control. Please do not post personally identifiable information, such as your email address, in interactive areas of the Services.

How We Share Information That We Collect

Security. Protecting the information we collect is an important priority, and we use physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect the information we collect and maintain.  However, no data security program is completely effective, and we cannot guarantee that we will prevent every unauthorized attempt to access, use, or disclose your information.

Children.  Our Services are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under the age of 13.  We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.  If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information, we will delete the information in accordance with applicable law.
