Law enforcement in Suffolk County have issued a public warning after a batch of crack cocaine laced with fentanyl killed three men and left one woman in critical condition. Suffolk police said they believed the four victims did not realize they were smoking crack cocaine laced with a heavy dose of fentanyl. Two people have been arrested in the case.
