A Long Island man and a Queens woman have been charged with bank fraud after federal prosecutors say they stole more than $2.8 million from a couple who vanished from their Old Brookville mansion in March. Authorities identified the defendants as Yinye “Roy” Wang, 36, and Qiuju Wu, 55. The missing pair are believed to be JuanJuan Zwang and her husband, Peishuan Fan. Wang was released on bond after his arrest in California, while Wu remains in custody in Texas. Police say the couple’s disappearance is still under investigation.
