A Long Island man is facing charges for allegedly selling more than $2 million in counterfeit Nintendo products on Amazon.

Prosecutors say Isaac Lapidus, 34, of Island Park, used five seller accounts between 2018 and 2025 to distribute fake Nintendo Switch docking stations, adapters, and Pokémon Go Plus accessories. Investigators linked the operation to a warehouse in Island Park, where 46 boxes of counterfeit goods were seized.

The case began after Amazon and Nintendo flagged suspicious activity and worked with authorities. Lapidus has pleaded not guilty and could face up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
