Camila Cabello opened up about her struggle with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder in an essay for the Wall Street Journal.  The “Senorita” singer said she was desperate for relief, feeling “constant, unwavering, relentless anxiety that made day-to-day life painfully hard.”  She finally made the decision to seek therapy.  Camila said that with the therapy, meditation, and breathing exercises she feels “the healthiest and most connected to myself I’ve ever been.”
