The pop singer’s representatives Benny Tarantini and Carl Fysh confirmed the news Friday, April 19, 2019 in a statement to The Associated Press. The statement read: “Adele and her partner have separated. They are committed to raising their son together lovingly. As always they ask for privacy. There will be no further comment.” (Photo by Jordan Strauss/Invision/AP, File)

“We’ve run out of time.”

Adele was set to kick off her Las Vegas residency Friday, January 21st; however, the singer announced Thursday in a tearful Instagram video that she is “embarrassed” and the show is simply not ready. COVID affecting her crew, as well as delivery delays, have forced her to reschedule all of the dates. Tickets to “Weekends with Adele” at Caesars have been selling for tens of thousands of dollars. She apologizes numerous times in the video, especially to those who traveled to see her.
