Where to find COVID-19 vaccines for kids under age 5 on Long Island

East Farmingdale, NY- COVID 19 vaccines for children as young as 6 months old were approved by the CDC over the weekend but getting an appointment for one hasn’t been so easy. According to vaccines dot gov, the only pharmacy that has the vaccine on Long Island, is Ezra Pharmacy in Cedarhurst.   Allied Physicians Group, a network of pediatricians which includes Huntington Village Pediatrics also has the vaccine.   Newsday says Northwell Health will start administering the vaccine on Wednesday. The Suffolk County Department of Health will offer the Moderna coronavirus vaccine for kids ages 6 months to five years old at the H. Lee Dennison Building in Hauppauge Thursday, June 23rd, from 2-5pm, register in advance by calling 311.
