Brentwood, NY- A Huntington man was seriously injured Monday night, in a crash that happened on the Long Island Expressway. Suffolk County Police say 53-year-old Kenneth Honohan, was intoxicated and driving a 2007 VW Rabbit on Monday night around 6:09pm, in the westbound lanes near the Sagtikos Parkway/Exit 53, when he lost control of the vehicle, struck the center median and overturned.
Honohan, was transported to South Shore University Hospital in Bay Shore for treatment of serious injuries and also charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Police are asking anyone with information about the crash to call the Fourth Squad at 631-854-8452.
