Zeldin will not run for RNC Chair

Congressman and former candidate for Governor Lee Zeldin has announced he will not be running in the race for Chair of the Republican National Committee.
In a Tweet posted Wednesday morning, Zeldin wrote “I won’t be running for RNC Chair at this time” and that “It’s time the GOP elects new leadership!”
Zeldin went on to say he is committed to doing absolutely everything in his power to save the country with every ounce of his energy.
