The MTA and Gov. Hochul say the LIRR schedule problems will be better next week.

Since the opening of Grand Central Madison on Monday riders have been complaining about schedule changes and overcrowded trains.

The LIRR says they will be adding  trains for more frequent service for the Brooklyn shuttle and they’re already adding cars to their busiest trains.

Gov Hochul said “It will take a little time to get it right”, but they are making adjustments to accommodate customer demand.
