The website Niche.com released its 2023 list of the best counties to live across the state of New York.
Both Long Island counties ranked high on the list. Nassau county was ranked No. 1 overall in the state and Suffolk County ranked No. 13
Factors include public schools, housing, crime, the county’s diversity, available jobs, and commuting.
