In East Islip, a man was nearly stuck in a parking lot. Matt Calamusso was in a near collision on Christmas Even in a shopping center off Montauk Highway. As he was backing out of the shopping center, he heard a car hit a utility pole then the vehicle struck a parked van narrowly missing Calamusso’s truck. The collision was caught on surveillance video and nor charges were filed.
