Alleged Gilgo Beach serial killer Rex Heuermann is expected to return to court on Tuesday and face charges in the murder of a fourth woman.
Heuermann is accused of killing 3 women, whose remains were found in close proximity to one another near Gilgo Beach in 2010. He has pleaded not guilty in each count.
Heuermann has been held without bail since his arrest on July 13.
