A school bus slid off a road and crashed into a tree in Mill Neck Thursday morning. Seven students on the bus were taken to the hospital as a precaution.
Police say the crash happened around 8:50 a.m. when the driver hit an icy patch.
The bus was taking the students to the Mill Neck Manor School for the Deaf when the crash happened. The students are between 7 to 19 years of age.
