A Suffolk police officer fatally shoot a Bay Shore man who stabbed another officer outside a home in Bay Shore on Saturday morning. The officers were responding to a call for a domestic dispute.
The officer who was stabbed was taken to Stony Brook University Hospital. The wounds were not life-threatening. Two other officers were taken to the hospital for observation; all three have been released from the hospital.
