Shirley man accused of Adventureland stabbing pleads not guilty

Daniel Tomasky the Shirley man accused of stabbing another man with a folding knife at Adventureland in July pleaded not guilty on Wednesday.

Prosecutors say Tomasky stabbed James Burns who was not involved in the argument and that Tomasky dumped the knife into a sewer drain.
