A fourth case of listeria has been reported on Long Island. The outbreak traced to Boar’s Head meat products has left three dead and sickened 43 people across the country.  Millions of pounds of deli meats were recalled in late July due to the outbreak, and it has caused a decline in deli meat sales in the Long Island area.
